As a creative entrepreneur for 15 years, JB is a creative director, producer, consultant and a dad on a mission to guide creative entrepreneurs and artists to thrive in business. Founded Unison Creative in 2017 alongside owning coffee retail & hospitality brands, his work restores depth and meaning to how we consume products and appreciate art, bridging creativity and business. He believes that lasting impact requires leading with empathy, guided by the philosophy: 'People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care.' He helps brands connect to their customer’s humanity through stories of clear intention and felt connection—all while solving real market needs.

On a mission to help fellow artists thrive in business, he acts as a creative director and producer who bridges the gap between art and commerce. Guided by the belief that lasting impact requires leading with empathy, JB helps brands connect deeply with their customers' humanity through intentional storytelling—restoring meaning to how we consume products while solving real market needs.

As a multi-ethnic, second-generation immigrant, Mark brings a nuanced perspective to his work, drawn to stories that foster connection and authenticity.

During his down time he creates family-getaway vlog content on youtube called Growing Up Outdoors.

Ben is also a shoot from the hip rad-dad who goes on a daily run with his daughter for a coffee run.
